摘要

PURPOSE: A prefabricated complex sidewalk block is provided to make a manufacturing process simple and to reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A mold deciding an outer shape of a block is manufactured(s1). Waste concrete, sand, gravel and cement are mixed in a mixer(s2). A colored rubber chip and a urethane bond are mixed(s3). The mixture mixed with resin, urethane bond and rubber, and the crushed concrete or the general aggregate are inserted into mold in which the cement is mixed(s4). The mixture is compressed and dried by a hydraulic press, and formed with the hot steam in a room temperature(s6).
