PURPOSE: Magnetic polymer hybrid particles are provided to ensure mobility for external stimulus, high dispersion stability, and fast response rate for a magnetic field, and to be suitable for drug delivery systems, biosensors and switching devices of MEMS. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing magnetic polymer hybrid particles comprises the steps of: preparing disperse phase in which a monomer of organic material, oil-soluble polymerization initiator and magnetic ionic liquid are dispersed; mixing organic solution containing a surfactant as a continuous phase dispersion solvent with the disperse phase; forming emulsion; and forming magnetic polymer hybrid particles by polymerizing the emulsion.
