PURPOSE: An anal region wearing pad is provided, which reduces wind sound and wind smell and can be simply and conveniently detachable from the anus. CONSTITUTION: An anal region wearing pad comprises an absorption pad with the width of 20-50 mm, length of 40-100mm, thickness of 2-20mm, in which activated carbon powder(4) with sound and odor absorption function and cotton(5) are stacked; an upper sheet(2) covering the absorption pad; and a lower sheet(3) with the width of 40-100 mm, length of 40-100mm, thickness of 0.5-5mm for attaching the absorption pad to the anus. An adhesive is spread in the lower sheet.
