PURPOSE: An EGR valve having a structure reducing thermal load is provided to operate components normally as a U-shaped pipe efficiently cools a second housing, so as to protect components such as a solenoid valve, and a sensor which are weak at heat. CONSTITUTION: An EGR valve having a structure reducing thermal load comprises second housing(20), a cooling part(40), and a U-shaped pipe(50). The second housing connects a first housing(10) and a mounting base(30). The cooling part is integrally formed with the second housing. Two through-holes are formed at the one side of the cooling part. The U-shaped pipe is pressed-fitted into the two through-holes. Cooling water circulates inside the U-shaped pipe.
