SUBSTANCE: form has form panels which are essentially sections installed in girth of lower ledge and interconnected through sealed split joint; air compartments are arranged in upper part of sections to provide for section floatation; stops engageable with lower ledge are installed in lower part of sections. Sealing gasket is placed over perimeter of lower ledge at points where it abuts against sections. In addition, form panels made of joined sections and provided with air compartments accommodate one or more extension pieces placed one above other and made of sections interconnected through sealed joint and installed in a spaced relation to pile surface. Sections of extension pieces are provided with compartments which ensure their floatation. EFFECT: facilitated servicing; reduced installation time. 3 cl, 5 dwg |
