PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD FOR PROBE CARD

PURPOSE: A printed circuit board for a probe card is provided to accurately connect one side connector to the other side connector by using a metal layer part having high surface flatness. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board(122') for a probe card(120') is horizontally loaded in a supporting ring. A contact surface of the printed circuit board contacted with the supporting ring is formed by a metal layer(122g) having high surface flatness. The printed circuit board secures high position alignment and horizontal degree through the metal layer. The metal layer is not connected to a contact terminal(122e), and is formed in an outer part of a bottom surface side contacted directly with the supporting ring. A solder resist layer is formed in a rest part except for the metal layer.
