PURPOSE: A construction modular unit assembly guide apparatus is provided to improve the assembling precision of a modular unit by precisely guiding the position of a column. CONSTITUTION: A construction modular unit assembly guide apparatus is composed of a fixed support device(10), a movable support device(20), a column guide pin(30), a vertical control device(40), a ceiling beam control device(50), and a bottom beam control device(60). A wheel(28) and a rail(29) are installed in the movable support device. The column guide pin is installed in the upper part of a fixed horizontal member(12) and the upper part of the movable horizontal member. The column guide pin sets the bottom part of the column. The vertical control device is installed in a movable vertical member(24) and a fixed vertical member(14). The vertical control device controls the verticality of the column. The ceiling beam control device is fixed to a movable upper connection member(26) and a fixed upper connection member(16). The ceiling beam control device precisely controls the installation position by supporting the side of the ceiling beam. The bottom beam control device is fixed to a movable auxiliary vertical member(25) and the lower part of a fixed auxiliary vertical member(15). The bottom beam control device controls the installation position by supporting the side of the bottom beam.
