The invention relates to the construction of mast structures of different destination. The anchor device for guy rods, according to both variants, comprises a beam, wherein there are made holes for fastening elements and on which it is rigidly fixed a plate, on which it is placed with the possibility of demounting a second plate, on which it is rigidly fixed an element with eyes for guy rods. Into the plates there are made congruent holes for optimum orientation to the mast and providing the plate connection with fastening elements. The anchor device for guy rods, according to the second variant, additionally comprises a tied solid or split beam with gaskets. The result of the invention consists in the versatility of use during mast mounting both on earth and roofs of the buildings, in the optimum perception and distribution of loads due to the possibility of changing the orientation of the element with eyes for guy rods to the mast, as well as in the simplification of the construction and the ease in mounting.
