PURPOSE: An open/close button protect device and door lock device having the same are provided to operate the push-button by simultaneous pressing. CONSTITUTION: The housing(10) is formed in the main body and accommodates a presses button. The coil spring(40) is installed in the inner structure of housing without contacting with the presses button. The plate member(30) contacts with the presses button in vertical descending by the external force and is placed on the coil spring. The press member(20) is installed in the housing and is moved along the height direction of the housing. The press members divide exactly the upper side of the plate member.
