Provided are a cable harness comprising an ultrathin coaxial cable which can satisfy the performance of a cable for a signal and a cable for a power source and which can be easily and accurately connected with a connecter terminal and the like of a terminal portion, the cable harness with a connector, and the connection structure of the cable harness. In a cable harness (10), a plurality of coaxial cables (11) having a central conductor (15), an inner insulator (14), an outer conductor (13), and an outer cover (12) and an insulating cable (40) having a central conductor (41) and an outer cover (42) are arranged in parallel, the exposure portion of the outer conductor (13) of the coaxial cable (11) and the outer cover (42) of the insulating cable (40) are fixed in such a manner that they are sandwiched between common ground bars (20, 30), and the exposure portion of the outer conductor (13) is electrically connected with the ground bars (20, 30). |
