PURPOSE: A street lamp post having a rotation prevention device is provided to improve compatibility, productivity, maintainability, and durability and to prevent the leak or the electric shock. CONSTITUTION: A street lamp post having a rotation prevention device is composed of an upper post(100) and a lower post(200). A lighting arm is combined to the upper post. A knurling processed rugged portion for rotation prevention(120) is formed in the lower end of the upper post. A cone shaped guide ring is formed in the lower post. The cone shaped guide ring supports the vertical combination of the upper post. A rugged surface(220) is formed in the inner slope of cone shaped guide ring. The rugged surface is corresponded to the rugged portion to prevent the circumferential rotation of the upper post. |
