PURPOSE: A steaming frame of a rice cake forming container is provided using a combining packing inserted along the circumference of a container receiving hole. CONSTITUTION: A steaming plate(30) includes a container receiving hole(31). A combining packing(32) is inserted along the circumference of the container receiving hole and accommodates a rice cake forming container(20) with small holes(28a) thereon. A supporter(35) is placed in the lower part of the steaming plate to support the rice cake forming container. The rice cake forming container comprises a circumference part(21) and under sheet(28), and is adjacent to a criss-cross shaped connecting line(25). The rice cake forming container includes a grip(22) extended from the upper part of the circumference part to the outside.
