The invention relates to a process for preparing biologically active products having fertilizing, bio-stimulating and microbial antagonism effects. According to the invention, the process comprises the following stages: preparing an inoculum by submerged cultivation of Bacillus subtilis bacterial strains ICCF84 and ICCF284 on media containing corn extract as a source of carbon and growth factors and mineral salts, at a temperature of 30...32A C, for 16...18 h, and of Trichoderma harzianum fungal strains ICCF179 on media containing corn extract and mineral salts, at a temperature of 26...27A C, for 70...75 h, development and sporulation of microorganisms cultures on a medium similar to that for preparing the inoculum, and enriched with nourishing substances, for 24...25 h for bacteria and 96...120 h for fungi, separation of supernatant bacterial biomass by cooling or admixing a flocculation agent and separation of the fungal biomass by centrifugation or filtration and drying by atomization, for bacteria, and thermostat drying at 30..32A C, for 48...70 h, or vacuum drying at 50...55A C, for 8...10 h for fungi, thereby resulting a non-hygroscopic brownish-beige powder with characteristic taste and odour for bacteria and greenish-brown for fungi which are mixed together in a gravimetric ratio of 1:1.
|
