<p>The invention relates to a process for obtaining spherical immunosorbents of silicon dioxide-3-carboxymethyloxime-nandrolone, used in ELISA technique, for dosing nandrolone from biological liquids. According to the invention, the process consists in that, glass spheres, having a diameter of 6 mm, are treated with NO3 10%, at 60A C, then with solution of alpha-aminopropyltriethoxysilane 10%, at 70A C, for 3 h, afterwards it is washed with bi-distilled water, it is suspended in solution of dioxane : water=1 :1, and further, it is treated, for 24 h, with solution of nandrolone-3-CMO, activated by carbodiimide, followed by washing the spheres with distilled water and storing at 4A C in ethyl alcohol.</p> |
