PURPOSE: A fuel efficiency enhancing apparatus for an internal combustion engine is provided to maintain constant magnetic force even under high temperature and to prevent interference with flow of fuel by employing a neodymium magnet. CONSTITUTION: A fuel efficiency enhancing apparatus for an internal combustion engine comprises a magnetic force generating part(112) and a housing(114). The magnetic force generating part is made up of flat rectangular neodymium magnets. The housing is formed in a shape enclosing the neodymium magnets, and comprises a top housing(110) and a bottom housing(120) which are arranged top and bottom around a fuel supply pipe(1) of the internal combustion engine.
