Phthalazine derivatives as PARP inhibitors

Disclosed are phthalazine derivatives of formula (I), the N-oxide forms, the pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts and the stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, wherein the substituents are defined herein. Also disclosed is the use of a compound as defined above for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a PARP mediated disorder (wherein the treatment may involve chemosensitization or radiosensitization). A combination of a compound as defined above with a chemotherapeutic agent is further disclosed.
