FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises an optical assembly of foreign body visualisation and a removing assembly. The optical assembly of visualisation comprises a collimator, a light source arranged in its front focus, two semireflecting mirrors, one of which adjoins an eyepiece, and the second semireflecting mirror adjoins an objective lens of a digital camera adjoining a computer. The assembly for removing a foreign body represents an in-built intravenous needle connected to a ferromagnetic bar inside of a solenoid connected to a power supply, with a rheostat and a switch button. The needle is enveloped in a cannula, mounted on the case. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to pull magnetic foreign bodies out of the surface of eye grounds, retina, eye tissues overgrown with a connective-tissue capsule, by all three methods of removing, including "front technique", discleral and through a wound hole, higher clinical effectiveness in visualisation of deep eye tissues behind the crystalline lens, enabled possibility to control magnetic intensity of the electromagnet in extracting the foreign body. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
