The system has a sensing probe (1) positioned at a strategic point of a mobile telephone network (3), and comprising a detection device (4) to detect dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) codes associated to a program (4a) based on a filtering algorithm that recognize the formation of DTMF number when a communication is established. A storage unit (6) is associated to a signal recording unit (5). A synthesis message writing unit (7) establishes detection ratio of fraudulent and/or suspected communication and includes a communication interface (9a) with an analysis module (2). An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling telephone communication within a network.
