A communication system comprises a transmitter for imparting a transmission signal to a human body (1) as an electric field and a receiver (2) for detecting the electric field through the human body (1) to receive the transmission signal. The receiver (2) includes a receiving electrode (21) facing to the human body (1), a resonant circuit (22) constituted by a resonant inductor (22a) and a resonant capacitor (22b), and a coupling capacitor (23) for coupling the capacities of the receiving electrode (21) and the resonant circuit (22). |
