FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is proposed cryogenic liquid portion picking device containing tank for cryogenic liquid with filling valve and keeping of level and connecting pipe for steam withdrawal, dispenser, including valve with controlled drive and cylinder with outlet openings and also saddle with outlet nozzle communicated to end composer of injected cryogenic liquid. Inlet openings of cylinder is connected to cavity of tank for cryogenic liquid by means of branch pipe of supply of cryogenic liquid and channel for lifting of liquid-vapour mixture, additionally its surface, surface of mentioned tank and dispenser are outfitted by heat insulation and end composer of injected cryogenic liquid is outfitted by heater. In dispenser it is implemented casing concentric to cylinder with formation around the latter annular cavity communicating to outlet openings of cylinder. Dispenser valve bear against inner surface of cylinder and by its end edge forms with saddle shutoff connection in closed condition herewith valve is spring-load and is outfitted by adjusting stop block. ^ EFFECT: invention provides reliable proportion of equal volumes of cryogenic liquid into each single-type tank with product on conveyor. ^ 3 dwg |
