The device (1) has a storage bottle (21) for storing a pasty or liquid product, and comprising a neck (14) fixed on a cylindrical body (2) of the bottle. The body is provided with a bottom (3) at a distal end of the bottle, and the neck includes a cylindrical mouth (18) at a proximal end of the bottle. A dip tube is engaged in the bottle, and includes a distal end arranged close to the bottom of the body. A proximal end of the dip tube comprises irreversible attachment units placed on an opening of the bottle.
