FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, specifically to compositions of non-clinker binder based on blast-furnace slag, which can be used in making concrete and reinforced concrete objects, mortars and dry construction mixtures. The binder is obtained by grinding a mixture to specific surface area of 450 m2/kg, where the mixture contains the following, in wt %: blast-furnace slag 35 to 41, gypsum dehydrate 5 to 9, sand with the following composition, wt %: SiO2 34.1-39.9; Al2O3+TiO2 9.8-11.0; FeO+Fe2O3 12.8 to 26.1; CaO 11.3 to 13.7; MgO 4.2 to 5.7; MnO 0.3 to 0.55; P2O5 0.5 to 0.6; SO3 1.7 to 3.2; Na2O+K2O 1.3 to 3.2; loss after calcinations 8.5 to 18, containing 10 to 20 % garnet minerals from 8 to 10, slag from zirconium ferrosilicon smelting. ^ EFFECT: increased moisture and frost resistance, while using dry components only in its composition. ^ 2 tbl |
