FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes stages of control message reception in terminal from radio network controller (RNC); if control message indicates control of descending communication line speed, stage of descending communication line speed definition according to control message; stage of establishment of field "change mode request" (CMR) of VoIP-packet of ascending communication line, according to speed of descending communication line, and transfer of VoIP-packet of ascending communication line from terminal into RNC; if control message indicates control of ascending communication line speed, stage of ascending communication line speed definition according to control message; and generation of VoIP-packet of ascending communication line, including voice data of ascending communication line, generated according to defined speed of ascending communication line and information of frame type (FT), which indicates certain speed of ascending communication line, and transfer of VoIP-packet of ascending communication line from terminal to RNC. ^ EFFECT: ability of radio network controller to control speed of adaptive polyspeed codec in case of traditional communication of voice-through-Internet-protocol. ^ 29 cl, 11 dwg |
