The panel e.g. wall panel (PM), has a rigid core (1) placed between two parallel lower and upper layers (2, 3) forming entire or part of upper and lower faces of the panel and formed by an ultra high performance fiber concrete with a rib (10) and three ribs. The ribs perpendicularly extend to the layers, and a thermo-acoustic insulant (5) is placed inside the ribs. A metallic armature (4) is molded in the concrete that is constituted by metallic fibers. The layers (3, 2) are respectively made of self-leveling gypsum plaster and ultra high performance fiber concrete with organic fibers. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a prefabricated multi-layer monoblock panel (2) a modular dwelling comprising habitable lateral modules.
