The device has an information support placed on a frontal transparent plate (1) and a rear transparent plate (2). A spacer forming unit forms a spacer between the plates in order to manage a space between the plates for permitting displacement of the information support for placing and removing the information support. The space between the plates is higher than a thickness of the information support. The plates are made of rigid transparent material e.g. glass, plexiglas(RTM: light transparent weather resistant thermoplastic).
