FIELD: heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying methods of humid sapropel mass after it is pre-dehydrated at moisture content decrease to 50%. Sapropel drying method involves application of wet sapropel mass to rectangular-shaped grids hinged on driving double-chain circuit so that it forms vertical loop sections. After wet sapropel mass is applied to all the grids at their increased movement speed, loop circuit is stopped; after that, stationary grids are blown with heated air till sapropel is fully dried. Grids are cleaned at repeated activation of circuit drive at its decreased movement speed, which corresponds to cleaning mode of grids off dried sapropel. At that, grids are cleaned simultaneoulsy in all descending branches of double-chain circuit. ^ EFFECT: invention allows restricting the sizes of pressurised casing as to length and height. ^ 2 dwg |
