Disclosed is the compound 3-{[5-(azetidin-1-ylcarbonyl)pyrazin-2-yl]oxy}-5-[(1-methylethyl)oxy]-N-1H-pyrazol-3-ylbenzamide, or a salt thereof. Also disclosed is the use of the above compound or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof, in the preparation of a medicament for treatment of a disease mediated through GLK such as type 2 diabetes.
