Disclosed is a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. The compounds are useful in the treatment of pain, anxiety disorders, cancer, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea, Alzheimer's disease, gastrointestinal disorders and cardiovascular disorders.
