FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to professional pathology, and is intended for detecting group of risk of early asbestosis development. Clinical, laboratory, X-ray examinations are carried out. Additionally ultrasonic examination of heart is carried out. In case signs of connective tissue dysplasia are detected in form of: atrioventricular heart valves prolapses (mitral valve prolapse, tricuspid valve prolapse), anomalously attached and additional cords, S-shaped hypertrophy of interventricular septum, open oval window, aneurism of interatrial septum and Valsalva sinus, aorta root and pulmonary artery, bivalvular aorta, myxomatous degeneration of heart valve cusps or combination of said anomalies, patient is related to group of risk of early asbestosis development. ^ EFFECT: method allows to determine group of risk in people contacting with chrysotile-asbestos dust, take preventive and medicinal measures aimed at slowing down pathologic process development, appearance of severe complications and disease outcomes. ^ 2 ex, 2 dwg |
