FIELD: process engineering, packing. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process engineering, collection and storage of wastes. Proposed device comprises container (21) housing wastes storage cartridge (1), cartridge rotating device and that to support aforesaid cartridge with packed wastes (35) when it rotates. Hose (2) passes through cartridge center. Packed wastes (35) are separated by twisting. Cartridge (1) can rotate with respect to container (21) to make twisting between packed wastes (35) with the help of rotary disk (100), and to section of gripping (102) for user. Cartridge has means for it to engage the rotary device and be supported in rotation. Package is gripped by diaphragm (12) to prevent rotation and directed towards container wall with the help of diaphragm (122) to prevent untwisting between packages.
