An apparatus involves a coating surrounding the wound to form an air-tight pad above the wound. Between the wound and the coating there is a fluid-permeable pillow. A drainage pipeline connects the coating to a suction pump. A joint has a passageway to connect proximal end of the drainage pipeline with the wound.
