FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgery. Adjustable stomach bandage with separable lock contains tail end equipped with tooth, head end, containing slot for said tooth insertion and tube for blowing up and device of separable fixation for separable locking of said head and tail ends of stomach bandage in form of circle, in which after insertion of said tail end into said head end, said tooth catches with said slot and fixes in separable way said tail end with said head end. Claimed stomach bandage contains expanding spout on said head end. Application of force to said expanding sprout in direction practically perpendicular to central axis of stomach bandage allows to remove said tooth from said slot ensuring disengagement of said tail end and said head end. Method of disengagement of stomach bandage from separable lock includes two steps: gripping of expanding sprout, made ob head end of stomach bandage; application of force to expanding sprout in direction practically perpendicular to central axis of stomach bandage. method of stoma formation in patient's body includes the following steps: Surgical implantation of said stomach bandage around patient's stomach; insertion of tail end of stomach bandage into head end of stomach bandage; fixation of stomach bandage in separable way by pulling tail end of stomach bandage through head end of stomach bandage until indicator made on tail end is not seen in window made on head end. ^ EFFECT: inventions provide possibility to weaken or disengage stomach bandage in patient's stomach, or remove it completely, preventing disengagement as a result of usual physiological reactions. ^ 10 cl; 7 dwg |
