PURPOSE: A microstrip antenna for wideband wireless communication is provided to obtain a broadband characteristics by improving a narrow band of the microstrip patch antenna. CONSTITUTION: In a microstrip antenna for wideband wireless communication, a circular slot is comprised with separated from a microstrip feeding unit by a certain interval while being between the dielectric(relative dielectric constant in the epoxy PCB(εr): 4.3, and the substrate thickness: 1.2mm). The circuit slot is formed so that it is resonated well and is used in 1.93Ghz ~ 9.6Ghz. The device is available in -Band, C-Band, and the X-Band a portion(1.93Ghz~ 9.6Ghz).
