PURPOSE: A liquid tea composition and a preparation method thereof are provided to exhibit high functionality and preference to prevent diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and hyperlipidemia. CONSTITUTION: A liquid tea composition is composed of 55-73wt% dehydrated Capsosiphon fulvescens, 20-10wt% soaked black bean, 12-2wt% washed oyster, 11-5wt% corn flour, 1-5wt% citric acid, and 1-5wt% dried stevia in loess water and charcoal water. The Capsosiphon fulvescens is collected from November to next February. The loess is dried in a shade for 10-15 hours. The loess water contains the loess and water at a ratio of 1 to 70-99 by volume. Oysters are dipped in the charcoal water for 1-6 hours and washed with purified water once to three times.
