The oven (1) has a cooking chamber (2) with racks (5) supporting superimposed cooking grids (4), where each grid has frames (6a, 6b) and pair of bars, where the bars are extended from edge of the frames to other edges of the frames. One of pairs of bars of the one of the grids is intercalated between other pair of bars of the other grids. The bars are aligned along a plane. The supporting superimposed cooking grids are screwed on each other. The chamber has an opening (3) for permitting loading and unloading foods and/or dishes.
