FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to homogeneous surface coating. The result is achieved by the method of manufacturing the homogeneous surface coatings which involves the stage of manufacturing the first sheet with the respective design. Cutting of the above sheet into flakes follows. The obtained flakes are distributed on the surface without intermediate storage and are pressed into the surface coating. At least 10% of the flakes are characterised by the relation length/width K>30. ^ EFFECT: new method of manufacturing the surface coating made by flake agglomeration which allows for the production of greater number of surface design versions. ^ 19 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl
