The device (1) has a bottom spacer (3) on which internal and external formwork shutters are rest by their lower edges. The bottom spacer comprises notches (31, 32) maintaining spacing between the shutters. A base plate (34) is rest on ground, and holds the bottom spacer through a height adjustment system i.e. screw jack (33). A connection element (4) connects the bottom spacer and a top spacer (2), and is associated with a length adjustment unit i.e. clamping device (5), to permit clamping of the shutters between the spacers.
