PURPOSE: A folding apparatus of a tricycle scooter is provided to allow children or females to fold and unfold the tricycle scooter easily. CONSTITUTION: A folding apparatus of a tricycle scooter comprises a vertical frame, an articulated operating unit, a pair of connection links(30), a pair of operating frames(40), footings, and a folding part. The vertical frame is equipped with a front wheel on the bottom and a handle on the top. The operating unit is mounted between the vertical frame and the front wheel and extended by an elastic force to provide a drive force. The connection links is connected to both sides of the operating unit. The operating frames are connected to the connection links. The footings are equipped on the other sides of the operating frames and equipped with wheels on the bottom. The folding part is installed between the connection links and the operating frames and folds the operating frames toward the vertical frame.
