FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction of seismic safe buildings and structures. Aseismic plate foundation consists of lower and upper parts and intermediate element. Intermediate element of plate foundation is arranged in the form of chamber with varied shape filled with balls in viscous oil medium and designed so that lower surface of chamber and lower part of foundation connected to it during earthquake move horizontally relative to upper part of chamber and upper part of foundation connected to it, providing for seismic insulation of building during earthquake. ^ EFFECT: improved seismic stability of buildings and structures, reduced material intensity in their erection. ^ 4 dwg
