FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: ballistic pendulum impact testing machine comprises a platform with a rotary drive, two hitting pendulums for the tested samples fixation which are set on the platform in the position providing for their differently directed turn under the centrifugal forces, a carriage set on the platform and able of radial movement, toothed gears placed on the carriage and connected to the pendulums axes, a toothed element set radially on the platform and engaged with the toothed gears, and a unit for fixing the pendulums in the original position. A reversible rotary drive is mounted on the platform; the toothed element is made as a screw and is connected to the reversible drive. ^ EFFECT: increased data volume due to testing by repeated impacts both with and without unloading of the samples from the centrifugal forces action. ^ 2 dwg |
