<p>The system has a round or hexagonal metal plate (1) pierced with holes (3) at positions and calculated diameters, where the dimensions of the metal plate are calculated along standardized commercial sections of wooden posts i.e. balks (2). The diameters of the holes are adapted to the passage of bolts and threaded rods. The plate is hidden between surfaces of the posts. The positioning of the holes on the plate is determined by distances imposed by a calculation period of vigor of the bolts with respect to edges of the posts.</p>
