<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb overlapping and to reduce a circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: When digital data are received from a signal receiving unit 11, a RAKE-receiving unit 16 stores the received digital data on a memory 16a. Then, when the path timing is received from a delay amount/path number detecting unit 15, the RAKE receiving unit 16 determines a read address that is a position for starting reading, based on the path timing.
