PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of petals of an ornamental plant member to which a special treatment has been applied such as a preserved flower, to reduce no ornamental effect, and to select a suitable fall preventive method in accordance with a kind of plant member. SOLUTION: Falling of petals can be prevented by penetrating a thread in a part of petals or calyxes as well as winding it around the petals or calyxes of an ornamental plant member.
