PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen clogging with developer in a developer container inside which a leveling member is arranged and inside which a bearing part of the leveling member is provided. SOLUTION: The developer container (21) includes: the leveling member (33) leveling the developer in a container body (22); an internal bearing part (31) arrange inside the container body (22) and rotatably supporting one end of a rotary shaft (34) of the leveling member (33); an inflow port (51) formed above the internal bearing part (31), and allowing the developer to flow into the container body (22); and a pulling-down member (57) arranged between the inflow part (51) and the internal bearing part (31), having a contact part (57a) coming into contact with a leveling part (36), and pulling down the developer by reciprocating in space between the inflow port (51) and the internal bearing part (31) with rotation of the leveling part (36).
