<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a work for assembling planetary gear reduction mechanisms in a housing. <P>SOLUTION: While an outer peripheral edge part of a plate 20 constituting a first stage planetary gear reduction mechanism is configured to have two notch parts 20C, an outer peripheral edge part of a carrier constituting a second stage planetary gear reduction mechanism is configured to have two notch parts. A worker thereby can stably hold the whole of the planetary gear reduction mechanism inside the housing by holding each of the notch parts of the carrier when assembling the planetary gear reduction mechanism in the housing, and the worker also can stably hold the whole of the planetary gear reduction mechanism inside the housing by holding each of the notch parts 20C of the plate 20 when assembling the planetary gear reduction mechanism in the housing.
