PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make strength appropriate, reduce weight, and improve accuracy concurrently. SOLUTION: This structure includes a vehicle body reinforced member body 23 extending in the generally vehicle lateral direction 22 and a vehicle body parts mounting section 31 allowing a vehicle body and parts to be installed on the vehicle body reinforced member body 23. The vehicle body reinforced member body 23 includes a large cross section 24 at one side, and a small cross section 25 at the other side. The structure further includes a thin tube member 41 having a cross section equal to or slightly smaller than of the small cross section 25 and an outer fitting member 43 having an insertion hole 42 allowing the thin tube member 41 to be inserted therethrough. With the thin tube member 41 inserted in the insertion hole 42 of the outer fitting member 43, the thin tube member 41 is enlarged in diameter to form the large cross section 24 and the small cross section 25 in the thin tube member 41. Since the thin tube member 41 is formed in a single continuous vehicle body reinforced member body 23 having no weld-joint portion, and the thin tube member 41 is press-fitted to the outer fitting member 43 by enlarging the tube, the outer fitting member 43 forms the vehicle body parts mounting section 31.
