PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing the hydrolyzate of a metal alkoxide, which allows just-in-time production of the hydrolyzate. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the hydrolyzate of the metal alkoxide includes a feed section feeding a raw material comprising the metal alkoxide, water and a reaction catalyst, a plurality of static mixers into which the raw material is introduced, and pipes connecting the plurality of static mixers, wherein the static mixers are connected so that the raw material flows as an up flow through the pipes. Excellent stirring property is ensured and the number of the pipes of the connected static mixers is adjusted, so that just-in-time production of the hydrolyzate of the metal alkoxide is enabled.
