<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device for a micro-recess part capable of eliminating the influence of centrifugal force even if the offset amount of a form roller with respect to a tool holder or the rotation speed of the tool holder changes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The processing device forming the micro-recess part on an inner circumference surface Ba of a cylinder bore B includes the tool holder 10 rotatably driven, a roller support member 12 movable in a direction orthogonal to a rotary shaft L1 of the tool holder 10, the form roller 13 rotatable around a roller shaft L2 parallel with the rotary shaft L1 of the tool holder 10, a load generating means 14 imparting a load to the roller support member 12 and bringing the form roller 13 into pressure contact with the inner circumference surface Ba, a centrifugal force detection means 15 detecting centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the tool holder 10, and a balance weight 16 for adjusting a center of gravity based on the detected centrifugal force.
