PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately remove sound corresponding to noise or buzz. SOLUTION: In a period when noise of a motor 19 is present, a filter coefficient update part determines a filter coefficient by adaptive signal processing so that the intensity of an error signal e or a sound corresponding to the noise is minimized since the noise is input to both a recording microphone 13 and a noise microphone 14. A sound signal corresponding to the noise is removed from a sound signal output from the recording microphone 13 by this adaptive filtering. The sound signal from which the noise is removed through such filtering processing is supplied to an output part 127. The sound signal after removal of noise, which is output from the output part 127, is stored as sound data in a storage part 15.
