NEON LIGHT ABSORPTIVE FILM AND OPTICAL FILTER FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a neon light absorptive film with good heat resistance and moist heat resistance which has an adhesive layer containing a cyanine pigment as a neon light absorptive pigment, and an optical filter for PDP using the film. SOLUTION: The neon light absorptive film comprises a transparent substrate and an adhesive layer formed on one surface thereof by use of an adhesive containing a neon light absorptive pigment and an ion liquid. This film can maintain excellent stability in heat resistance test or moist heat resistance test. The optical filter for PDP uses this film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
